How to Buy

Salmon Buying Club of the Burren Smokehouse | Questions & Answers |

Dear Customer,

To buy one or more products, select the one(s) you want by going into the product category and click on ADD in the product section. When you are ready to finish your order, click on CHECKOUT on the top left of the page.

As a new customer, you will be able to set up a new account with your first order on this website: Select the products you want by going into the product category and click on ADD in the product section. When you are ready to finish your order, click on CHECKOUT on the top left of the page. There you enter your e-mail address, leave out the customer code and click 'proceed'. Your new password will be sent to the e-mail address you just entered. In the meantime simply proceed with your order. The new password can be used to log in the next time you want to order with us. So once your customer account is set up, you can enter your e-mail address and your customer code (= password) to access your customer account.

As soon as you have your new customer account with us, you can log in straight away when visting the Burren Smokehouse website again and for example view your orders placed with us.

You can also repeat orders and save baskets or establish wish lists. But as before we kindly ask you to issue one order per delivery address.

Please note that you indicate your payment method in 'checkout step 2'. Payment with credit card is set as the default.
Please enter the destination postal code here in 'checkout step 2'.

In 'checkout step 4' you'll find spaces for your personal gift message as well as a separate field for your order comments.

You are asked to enter your preferred delivery date for your order. Please note that we cannot deliver on weekends, Mondays or Public Holidays. You can indicate with one click if you'd like the delivery to be made to the nearest date, before or after.
IMPORTANT: Please read the "Shipping" notes!

Please note that your credit card will be charged when placing the order.


For all our Customers with existing customer account:

Please note that you can change the code of your account with us by entering your account details and change them.

Please notify us for any changes regarding your e-mail address! We can change it for you.

Changes in your own address and phone number can be changed while placing an order. Your newly entered details will automatically be saved.

(If you are not placing an order, while a change of your address or phone details were necessary, please let us know and we can make the according changes for you.)
