This hamper contains health-enhancing foods only – and will definitely delight those among you who suffer from certain allergies.
The Aran Fisherman’s Platter contains our hot and cold smoked salmon, rainbow trout and wild mackerel, all of which provide the body with a lot of omega-3 oils. Mrs Crimble’s Cheese Crackers are gluten- and wheatfree, and with Sowan’s delicious gluten-free wholegrain bread mix you can bake to your heart’s content. The seaweed was harvested in Co. Clare and is a source of precious minerals. For the sweet tooth, we included Natasha’s Raw chocolate truffles. The herbal tea “Diana” from Solaris with raspberry and nettles leaves is used for their mineral content, and goes well with the jar of Wild Irish Honey.
