
Spanish Point Sea Veg Dillisk (50g)
Dillisk or dulse is a sea vegetable growing on the North Atlantic shoreline. It grows and is harvested by hand during the spring and summer months from the blue flag shores of Spanish Point in County Clare. It is then dried naturally by the sun and the wind.
Apart from delivering a unique and distinguished taste, it is a rich source of essential vitamins, iron, potassium and zinc. Can be eaten on its own or as ingredient in salads and other dishes.
