Fish Platters

For your convenience, we created platters containing our smoked salmon, wild smoked mackerel and smoked rainbow trout in one pack. They are a fantastic accompaniment to any vegetable or pasta dish, or as a starter on their with brown bread. They also make a great easy way to present smoked fish on a buffet.
